My team dug into the world of pension, held interviews, made user-tests, prototyped, all to understand what is lacking in the business today and how we could make pension more exhilirating.
Solution
Our insights drove us to a point where we understood that pension needs to be personalized in order for people to be more engaged in their future. We had to make their future their now, and so we created the Pensionality-test.
